3. Nature of Services
Cognifin provides structured financial education services. All Programmes are educational in nature and are designed to help participants develop knowledge, analytical skills, and personal frameworks for managing their finances.
Cognifin is not a licensed financial adviser under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) of Singapore. Nothing provided in any Programme, advisory session, report, or written material constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of regulated professional advice.
All information and content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions and should consult licensed professionals where appropriate for their specific circumstances.
Programme content reflects our best understanding of Singapore financial regulations and market conditions at the time of delivery. We do not warrant that all information remains current after the date of each session, and participants should verify any regulatory details independently before relying on them.
4. Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment in a Programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Cognifin. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Cognifin reserves the right to adjust programme fees at any time. Any fee changes will not affect enrolments that have already been confirmed and paid.

All content provided by Cognifin — including but not limited to programme materials, worksheets, tools, calculators, written reports, session notes, and website content — is the intellectual property of Cognifin and is protected by applicable Singapore copyright and intellectual property laws.
Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use programme materials solely for their own personal financial education. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, or use in any form of training or advisory service provided to others.
No content from the Cognifin website may be copied, republished, or used without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability

Cognifin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from decisions made on the basis of programme content or website information.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.
